Holistica Natural Therapies is run by Elaine McBride – Naturopathic Herbalist, Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist - at her (residential) clinic in Harbord
(now Freshwater!) on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.  

Elaine’s clients can expect a warm, comforting and friendly environment at her  clinic - in which they can embark on their healing journey.   Elaine always endeavours to ensure that her clients get the very most out of their treatments,
be it from Herbal Medicine or Massage therapy, or both - offering advice and support, as required.  Clients can always be assured that they are absolutely  regarded as (VIP) individuals with individual needs ... receiving the utmost attention and standard of care.

Appointments are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
and alternate Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm

ABOUT ELAINE ...

Elaine was born in the UK and emigrated to Australia in 1994, having travelled and worked in the UK and Middle East since 1985.  Having gained a Medical Secretarial Diploma from the UK (1980) – her origins have been in the ‘Medical arena’. However, in 1989 she decided to embark upon a career in Natural Therapies.  

The first stop was an Aromatherapy Diploma in the UK in 1991 with Shirley Price Aromatherapy (UK) and thereafter a certificate in On-Site (Seated / Corporate) Massage  in 1992.  On arrival to Australia, her studies continued in Remedial Massage, Reiki, Herbal Medicine, Pregnancy Massage, Dorn Spinal Therapy, Meditation Facilitation and Bowen Therapy.  Studies are continuing in Australian Bush Flower Essences, Infant Massage and Reiki Master .. stay tuned !

  • Cert IV Remedial Massage - 2002

  • Cert On-Site Massage - 1992

  • Dip Aromatherapy,
    including Certification in Swiss Reflex Therapy
    (Reflexology) - 1991
